Smoked for three days with Oak and Cherry Wood. I ate a whole pepper when they were finished smoking and it messed me up for quite some time. I had to sit down haha. My lip started to quiver, mouth was drooling non stop and my face got numb 🤘🏼. I won’t tell you about my day after but I’m sure you have a good imagination 🤪.

Red Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Coming in at 2500-8000 #scoville . This one is quite tame on the heat and has a very fruity/sweet flavour. I think I’m going to use this variety of pepper to make my version of an okanagan Sriracha 🐓. Stay tuned. It is going to be a banger 🤘🏼.

My glass order has conquered the Shanghai Port. The Pacific Ocean. The Coquihalla. Kelowna Traffic. And has finally made it home to me 🤘🏼 #fuckyes .
This whole overseas glass order experience has been 3 months in the works and has resulted in a rather large headache but it all worked out and has been delivered successfully #winning .

For 2025. Everything I make will be going into these hermetically sealed wide mouth jars. This will allow me to make a more concentrated (thick) pepper sauce that you can have more control over by using a spoon instead of dumping out of the bottle #control . These jars also allow me to get rid of the plastic containers I have used for my other condiments this year. I cannot wait to get rid of the plastic for the 2025 season 🌍 .
Ordering a wide mouth jar for my pepper sauce was a gamble but to create the sexy product I want without it getting jammed in the neck. I had no other choice but to change the packaging.

This pepper has a wonderful, fresh, fruity flavour and a fire that has a hard time finding an end 🥵 #spicy .
Processing this pepper last night was one hell of a brutal time and I was definitely feeling the burn on my body until I woke up this morning haha.
The scorpion fumes stung me hard 🦂.

Scotch Bonnet - 100,000 - 350,000 #scoville .
As these two peppers are incredibly similar, I like to offer them side by side so we can appreciate their subtle differences. The Scotch bonnet has a sweet and fruity flavour with no smoky notes. Scotch bonnet is amazing with marinades, spicy mayo and just about any sauce you put it in. It is the pepper they normally use in jerk chicken 🍗 and over all it is just a banger in the brutal lineup.
The red habanero, on the other hand, still has a sweet and fruity flavor but adds a beautiful smoky, citrus and slight bitterness to anything you put it on. Having these special qualities, the red habanero has earned its spot in my top three favorite sauces. I literally put red habanero on everything 🤤.”
